　　秋天來了，葉子變黃了，天氣也越來越冷了，可憐的丑小鴨卻只能在外面孤獨的`到處流浪。一天傍晚，太陽快要落山的時候，一群美麗的天鵝從灌木林里飛出來。丑小鴨看著天鵝們高高飛翔的優美身姿，羨慕極了。

　　一個寒冷的冬天到了，丑小鴨本東奔西終于熬過了這個寒冷的季節。它來到一個小池塘，又看到了那些美麗的天鵝。它想去接近天鵝們時，卻羞怯地把頭垂到了水里，它看到了自己的倒影——一只雪白的天鵝!這時，它聽到池邊的孩子說：“看啊，這只天鵝是新來的，而且是當中最美麗的!”

　　聽到他們的夸獎，丑小鴨感到從未有過的幸福。但它一點也不驕傲。
