場景：1、中午，一間網吧內烏煙瘴氣，幾臺電腦正傳出游戲的聲音。
2、教室里擺著一張講臺，幾張桌椅，一塊活動黑板。快放學了，老師正在講評考卷，同學們在訂正。
劇中人物：Tom，boss，Ms.Wu，studentABC…
道具：幾張桌椅，幾臺“電腦”，一張講臺，一塊活動黑板。
第一幕:（場景一）
一間網吧里，烏煙瘴氣，Tom(揉著眼，咳嗽著)坐在游戲機前全神貫注地玩著游戲，游戲機傳出游戲激烈的聲音。
Tom：(手指在鍵盤上跳躍，兩眼注視著屏幕。興奮地說)Oh,yeah! I win! I’m the winner!
Boss：(翹著腳坐在一旁。)Hi,Little kid,time is up,you must stop.
Tom：(邊咳嗽，邊揉揉眼睛，作疲勞狀，顧不上回答。)Wait a moment,boss,wait a moment. Let me play for a while. I’ll win this game.
Boss：Oh no. Unless you pay me more money.
Tom：OK. OK. Please wait a minute,I’ll pay you the money. (繼續前全神貫注地玩著游戲。)
Tom：(特別興奮的'樣子，跳起對著老板興奮地說)Oh,yeah. I’ve passed this game! I made it.
Boss：Congratulations!You beat the computer. But don’t forget to pay me my money.
Tom：(邊拿起書包背上，邊走，邊問老板。)How much is it?
Boss：Not too much, just twenty yuan!

Boss：What? You have no money? Why do you play games so long here? (氣憤、拍桌子)
Tom：(茫然)Have I stayed here for a long time? What time is it?
Boss：Of course. It’s half past two now. You know?
Tom：(不知所措的樣子)Ah, I’ll be late for school. I must go to school now. Please let me go. Could I pay you next time?
Boss：Next time? No way. This is the third time! Don’t say too much, take out your money quickly.(伸手要錢，抓住Tom的衣領。)
Tom：Sorry,I really haven’t any money now. Look.(作無奈、可憐狀，掏出口袋證明沒錢。)
Boss：(抓住Tom衣領，憤怒地說)You little kid, How dare you owe me the money. I’ll hit you.(Boss掄起大拳向Tom打去，Tom痛苦地哭喊哎呀、哎喲。)
Tom：(哀求地說)Don’t hit me, please.
Boss：(搶下Tom的書包，惡狠狠地說)OK,leave your schoolbag here. Until you pay me the money.
Tom：(抓著書包的一角，哀求地說)Please return me my bag. I must go to school. I can’t have my class without books.
Boss：(不耐煩地說)No more excuses, go out. Otherwise, I’ll tell your parents all about it.
Tom：(害怕地說)Oh, no. Please don’t tell them.(Tom只好哭著，手揉著通紅的眼睛，疲憊、悲傷地走出游戲機室。)第一幕完。
第二幕：（場景二）
教室里，老師在講評考卷，Tom疲憊地趴在課桌上睡著了。這時放學的鈴聲響了，師生告別時Tom被驚醒。Students紛紛收拾書包，老師叫住Tom…(其他同學聚在一邊討論考卷，時而看看這邊。)
Ms.Wu：Hi,Tom. What’s wrong with you? You looks sad today.
Tom：Sorry,Ms.Wu. I’m very tired. I’ve got a little cold.
Ms.Wu：(關心地說)It seems that you have something in your mind. I was worried about you.
Tom：(低著頭說)I’m well. Thank you, Ms. Wu.
Ms.Wu：(看到桌子上沒書。)Where are your books?
Tom：(慌慌張張、支支唔唔地回答。)I forgot to take them.
Ms.Wu：(進一步關切地詢問)Why? Is anything wrong with you these days? Can you tell me?
Tom：(慌張地說)Oh,no,no…
Ms.Wu：(從文件夾中拿出考卷)Look, this is your paper. I can’t believe this is your mark.
Tom：(大吃一驚，愣住，癡癡地說)Oh, Is this my paper?
StudentA：(站起來說)Ms. Wu, Tom has been to the net at noon.
StudentB：(爭著說)He usually goes there recently.
StudentC：And he doesn’t usually finish his homeworks.
Ms.Wu：(語重心長地說)Oh,I see.(撫摸著Tom的頭說)
Tom：(抽泣地說)I’m so sorry, Ms. Wu, I am wrong. I’ve cheated you.
Ms.Wu：(安慰地說)Little Tom, you’re a good boy. You’re clever, but you are confused by the computer games. Do you know the harm of playing the computer games?
StudentA：I know,it’ll make us sink into the net the whole day!
StudentB：(指著眼睛說)It is bad for our eyes!
StudentC：And it will affect our study!
Ms.Wu：Yes,you are right.(嚴肅地說)You must corr
ect this weakness, Tom! And put all your heart in the study.
Tom：(欲言又止)Yes, but…but I’m afraid I can’t...I…
StudentABC：(大家圍上來說)Tom, let’s help you.
Ms.Wu：Yes,we can help you!
Tom：(望著同學和老師感動地說)Thank you, thank you very much! You’re so kind!
StudentA：(從書包中拿出書)Tom, this is ,I think you’ll like it.
Tom：(接過書，感激地說)Thank you.
StudentB：(從書包中拿出磁帶)This is my English CD-ROM, you can watch it every day. Here you are.

Tom：(堅決地說)OK, Ms.Wu, I won’t go there any more. I’ll study hard, I want to be a good boy.
Ms.Wu：(攬著同學們的肩膀)Ye
s! Let’s work hard together. And keep off the net. Let’s say to all the children…
Ms.Wu ,Tom, StudentABC:(齊聲說)Let’s keep off the net together. Let’s be good children.
