　　自薦信：寫自己的優勢

　　寫法一：

　　感謝信：寫對方為你所做的事

　　一般要以記敘文的形式寫出以下三個內容：

　　【示例2】不能如期赴約而道歉——因為要參加英語比賽

　　Dear Tom,

　　I have been looking forward to the trip for a long time and have done a lot of preparation. However, I am informed that the CCTV national English competition is going to be held on that day. 　　注：除了道歉信中間段落需要寫成記敘形式，其余五種書信都應該寫成議論形式。不管是記敘還是議論，中間段落第一句都應該寫一個概括性質的“主題句”——這是我們的原則！

　　（三）結尾段：想寫好第三段，就要背過各種客套話！

　　自薦信：

　　注：在這個段落模板中，我們融合了自薦信結尾段和競選演講結尾段兩個段落，兩種結尾段都需要四個句子。
