晨會分享的英語小故事

　　1、自信

　　我們總是感到，現(xiàn)在的工作不夠理想，有很多的抱怨，如：“工作的環(huán)境不夠好、開的工薪比其它公司的員工要底、覺得自己的公司品牌比較小等等，有著很多的不如意。”而實(shí)際上，“哪一塊肉是不好的呢?”

　　不論在什么樣的公司里，什么樣的工作環(huán)境中，你對這份工作投入了多少你就會收獲多少。關(guān)鍵在于你如何看待。

　　4、見老總

　　再見面時B問A：現(xiàn)在是時機(jī)了，要跳趕快行動哦!

　　A淡然笑道：老總跟我長談過，準(zhǔn)備升我做總經(jīng)理助理，我暫時沒有離開的打算了。

　　其實(shí)這也正是B的初衷。一個人的工作，永遠(yuǎn)只是為自己的簡歷。只有付出大于得到，讓老板真正看到你的能力大于位置，才會給你更多的機(jī)會替他創(chuàng)造更多利潤。

　　6、站起來

　　三個月后，父親來看孩子。禪師安排孩子和一個空手道教練進(jìn)行一場比賽，以展示這3個月的訓(xùn)練成果。

　　教練一出手，孩子便應(yīng)聲倒地，他站起來繼續(xù)迎接挑戰(zhàn)，但馬上又被打倒，他就又站起來，這樣來來回回一共16次。

　　禪師問父親“你覺得孩子的變得夠不夠男子氣概?”

　　父親說“我簡直羞愧死了，想不到我送他來這里受訓(xùn)三個月，看到的結(jié)果是他這么不經(jīng)打，被人一打就倒”

　　禪師說“我很遺憾，你只看到表面的東西，你有沒有看到你兒子倒下去又站起來的勇氣和毅力啊?這才是真正的男子氣概。”

　　只要站起來比倒下去多一次就是勝利。
