　　1、自信

　　6、站起來

　　禪師問父親“你覺得孩子的變得夠不夠男子氣概?”

　　父親說“我簡直羞愧死了，想不到我送他來這里受訓三個月，看到的結果是他這么不經打，被人一打就倒”

　　禪師說“我很遺憾，你只看到表面的東西，你有沒有看到你兒子倒下去又站起來的勇氣和毅力啊?這才是真正的男子氣概。”

　　只要站起來比倒下去多一次就是勝利。
