First please allow me, on behalf of general education center of all the female worker to women say: good holiday! As general education center of a female teacher, I feel very proud, we work side by side with men and sweat to harvest success, for the glory of non-ferrous education, has successfully!
Today I will give a speech on the topic of "the saxiang students are love,

大家好!
首先請讓我代表普教中心全體女職工向各位女同胞道一聲：節日好!作為普教中心的一名女教師，我感到很自豪，我們與男同胞一起并肩耕耘，揮灑汗水，收獲成功，為有色教育的輝煌，立下了汗馬功勞!
今天我給大家演講的題目是《灑向學生都是愛》
“有一首歌最為動人/那就是師德/有一種人生最為美麗/那就是教師/有一種風景最為雋永/那就是師魂/不要說我們一無所有/我們擁有同一顆火熱的太陽/我們擁有同一片廣博的天空/在同一片天空下/我們用愛撒播著希望……”
“用愛撒播著希望”成了我們普教中心全體女教師無言的承諾，為了那無言的承諾，我們日夜兼程，卻無怨無悔。多少個寧靜的夜晚，為了備好每一堂課，我們認真鉆研教材;多少個業余時間，為了轉化后進學生，我們冒著嚴寒酷暑去家訪;多少個節假日，我們放棄與家人休閑的時間，潛心鉆研新課標精神，利用一切可以利用的時間來“自我充電”。
傾注愛心，關注每一個學生的成長，是我們全體女教師的一致追求。女教師的愛不同于一般人的愛，它是一種把全部心靈和才智獻給孩子的真誠。這種愛是無私的，它毫無保留地獻給所有學生;這種愛是深沉的，它蘊涵在為所有學生所做的每一件事中。記得去年的這個時候，我們有色二中310 班的一位男同學的母親不幸病逝了，這位同學也因此變得孤僻、寡言，后又因父子之間的關系鬧僵，最后這位同學的性格變得暴躁、厭學，進而出現逃課上網、夜不歸宿的現象。班主任張老師看在眼里，急在心頭。多少個的夜晚，張老師到新下陸的各個網吧去找他，給他買面包，送礦泉水，勸他回家，有時還把他接回自己的家，與他談理想，談人生，用母親般的愛溫暖他那顆受傷的心。多少個休息日，張老師來到他家，與他父親談對孩子的教育，希望父親對孩子多點關心，多點賞識。多少個中午，張老師犧牲自己的午休時間，義務為他補課，使他重新樹立起學習的信心，最后順利地考上了有色一中。像這樣的例子在我們普教中心的.女教師中舉不勝舉，我們的女教師用無私的愛呵護著每位學生健康成長。
說實話，面對外面精彩的世界，誰不崇尚前衛的生活?誰不向往舒適的日子?可作為一個女老師，每天下班后，想想第二天課堂上幾十雙渴求知識的眼睛，想想案頭堆積如山的作業，我們哪能忘情于享受?我們只能像辛勤的農夫，“日出而作，日落而息”，為同一塊土地精心耕作、無私奉獻。在我們的普教中心，多少青年女教師把青春年華扎根三尺講臺而無怨無悔;多少中年女教師將家庭擱置一旁而全身心地撲在教學工作上;多少老年女教師如老黃牛一般埋頭苦干而不知疲倦。一樣流逝的青春，可以用來虛擲，也可以用來奉獻;一樣翻轉的年輪，可以碌碌無為，也可以永遠被銘記。
雖然我們知道，那間教室里放飛的是希望，守巢的是自己;那塊黑板寫下的是真理，擦去的是功利;那根粉筆畫出的是彩虹，流下的是淚滴。但是為了一切學生，為了學生的一切，為了托起有色教育明天的太陽，我們普教中心的全體女教師甘愿奉獻我們全部的愛!
