　　Summer comes , and the weather has become irritating. My big sister suggested going to Hainan for a good relax. I thought about it for a while and agreed. Hainan is really a good place, where palm trees are abundant. We went to a park where we enjoyed cool palm drinks. We also went to visit the monkey island. The monkeys were really cute to look at.

　　After we came back from the travel, we found that our bodies have become stronger and healthier than before. My sister told me that she planned to travel again next year.

　　We really enjoyed this trip. We were very happy!

　　Two years ago, I like to eat instant noodles very much, the instant noodles smell so delicious, because there are tasty flavor in it. When my mother was not at home, I would buy the instant noodles, as the time went by, I found my skin became bad and I would not like to eat rice. I felt so bad, my mother told me that I should not eat so much instant noodles, they contained no vitamins and also frustrated my appetite. I realized my problem and started to stay away from instant noodles, then my appetite became good and I wanted to eat rice again. Instant noodles are junk food, wed better eat it less.

　　With the general standard of living improving and the working week becoming shorter， more and more people are able to make a holiday trip to places of interest. While many like to join package tours fro convenience， I prefer to travel on my own.

　　I like travelling on may own not only because it costs much less but because it gives a great degree of independence and freedom. Travelling on my own， I＇m my own boss； and can decide when to start on my way， where to linger a little longer and which spot can be skipped over to save energy or time for another spot. I can always adjust my plan. On the contrary， in a package tour you＇re deprived of as much freedom as in a military base. At the sound of the whistle， you have to jump up from a sound sleep and， with heavy-lidded eyes， hurry to the gathering place where you are collected and counted to board a coach. At the sight of the little flag waving， you must immediately take yourself away from the scenes you are marveling at and follow the guide whose sole interest is to cover all spots according to him strict schedule， regardless of the weather or your health condition.

　　True， you may encounter inconveniences if you travel individually， for instance， getting accommodations for the night and finding a place for meals. But nothing can be compared with the freedom which is vital to a person who takes a holiday trip mainly to escape from constraints of his routine life.

　　Responsible travel is very well expressed in the famous travelers saying: Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints, kill nothing but time. Travelling is every one’s way of getting away from the hustle and bustle of life and sometimes, because we are so engrossed in our desire to enjoy and have fun, we tend to forget that the we only have one earth to live on and that we are all responsible for it. Very often, we are not conscious enough to realize that one little candy wrapper that we threw outside the bus while travelling could one day contribute to the blocking of the drainage system and could cause flooding in the area; we are not aware enough of the fact that the litter we throw away carelessly might one day turn the place into a trash dump; we are not considerate enough to see the tree we attempt to climb might be over 500 years old and can hardly bear our weight.

　　I think we should understand that travelling should not be seen as something that is human-centered.

　　It should be understood that when we travel, we should feel honored that we could still see and enjoy the beauty of the world.

　　We, as a human being, should be responsible for the few of the remaining beautiful places in this planet. Being responsible doesn’t necessarily mean that we are required to do something grand for the environment. It’s those little things that matter the most. If everybody starts doing those little things, I bet it could change the world.

　　到了那里，我就和我的好朋友張思凡聊了起來，過了一會兒，他的爸爸說：“你們帶上杯子去捉螃蟹吧!”我們都異口同聲的答道：“好啊!”于是我們去拿了兩個杯子，就下海去捉螃蟹了，我們邊找螃蟹她邊對我說：“要把石頭搬起來，才能找到螃蟹。”于是我翻開了一塊比較大的石頭，一看，一對紫色鉗子，碧綠色的殼兒，一雙大大的眼睛，舉著它的`鉗子，揮舞著，好像想夾我們一樣，于是我一下伸手捉住了它，它卻一下子夾住了我的手，我的手頓時流了很多血，這時我的好朋友張思凡趕緊把它的一條腿抓住，放進了杯子里，然后她就把我帶回了飯店用創可貼貼一下，可是，令人意想不到的是，在回飯店的時候，我的伙伴的腳不小心踩在了淤泥里，陷了下去拔都拔不起來，我說：“你的腳慢慢的用力往上抬。”過了一會她的腳終于掙脫了出來，可是鞋還在里面，“我來幫你!”我說，于是，我就費了九牛二虎之力才把她的鞋子拔了出來，然后我們兩個互相攙扶著回了飯店，我們休息了一會又跑下去了，我又搬開一塊石頭，看見了一只螃蟹不大不小，但是跑得很快，我趕緊抓住了它的一條腿，放進了杯子里，于是我跟她又抓了很多螃蟹、彈涂魚、還有一種很奇怪的蟹。

　　那里可真好玩兒啊!我覺得有點遺憾，因為我只在那里住了一天，還沒玩夠，就回家了，所以下次，我還要到那里去玩。

I said, so I took a tremendous effort to put her shoes out, then the two of US helped each other back to the hotel, we had a rest and went down. I took a stone, saw a small crab, but ran very fast, I quickly grabbed one of its legs, put into the cup, and I told her and caught a lot of crabs, mudskippers, and a strange crab.

　　It's so funny. I feel a little sorry, because I only stayed there for a day, and I didn't have enough to go home, so next time I will go there to play.

There was a little girl with peanuts, and the monkeys reached out. The little girl had to give them, and the little monkey was full.

　　At last, mom and dad. Uncle. All the aunts couldn't climb up the mountain, only I got to the top. I see only a few people on the mountain, but I'm very proud of the top! Everyone has a chance to see it, too.
