文明的舉止 Civilized manners
China is now more and more involved in international events, so it is necessary for us to improve the qualities of the citizens as manners play an important role in international communication. Sometimes some people don't behave properly in our daily lives. For example, spitting in public places can be seen somewhere. The flowers in public gardens are picked. What is worse, rubbish and plastic bags are thrown on the ground in the street. In my opinion, these bad behaviors will make bad impressions upon visitors to China, which will ruin the good reputation of China as a large country with a long history. So all people should be taught to be well-behaved and every one of us should form good habits from now on.

Actually, we can also find some impolite and improper behavior when we travel at home. The behavior, on one hand, destroys the beauties of nature and affects other tourists’ moods, and on the other hand, it will produce a very bad national image. So it is necessary to be a civilized tourist. To do this, firstly, we should be aware of travel manners, such as speaking and behaving politely, especially in public places. Secondly, we should familiarize ourselves with local customs in advance, so as to avoid misunderstandings or troubles. And lastly, do as the rules of scenic spots require us to do. Once they are under threat, they will do the horrible thing. If the visitors behave themselves well and do as the tips, then the tragedy won’t happen. But still a lot of people scream and try to throw away the food to the animals, which do harm to the animals. It is everybody’s duty to protect animals.
