　　Nowadays, the phenomenon of drunken driving has arouse wide concern among the public (在公眾中引起了廣泛關(guān)注). Especially the young generation living in metropolis（大都市）, tend to drive after drinking, ignoring the fact that this behavior may pose underlying threat to （對產(chǎn)生潛在的威脅）their precious life and may even endanger （危害）others. Generally speaking, there are several reasons accounting for this phenomenon. Then, they may get drunk but continue to drive. Secondly, relevant laws and regulations may not have been strictly enforced （嚴格實施）to warn people not to drive after drinking. Firs and foremost, this behavior will directly threaten the safety （威脅的安全）of drivers, passengers and pedestrians, resulting in traffic accidents, injuries and even deaths. 　　In view of the seriousness of this problem, effective measures must be taken before things get worse.
