Secondly, playing games with families or friends is beneficial. Most people would stay at home in the rainy days. At this time they can play games, such as, play cards and Truth Or Dare. Those games are interesting and helpful for their relationship with each other. Last but not least, it is a good chance for talking. In the usual time, maybe it is hard to find a chance to have a nice talk with your family, because everyone is so busy. Rainy day provides a chance for you. 　　Everyone has his hobby. My hobbies include swimming, composition, English and pipa, but I like swimming best.

　　Learning to swim is difficult for a man who is not in the water. Mainly because there is no confidence, fear of choking water. Summer vacation, I took part in the swimming class, under the guidance of the teacher, I took my swim ring, water through no longer afraid of choking water, then abandoned the swim ring, practice floating, after a hard practice, I set up the confidence, finally learned to floating. After a hard workout, I learned breaststroke, backstroke, freestyle and diving. Also, my swimming speed is the fastest in my class. Swimming is too easy for me.

　　One day, my mother and I came to jinmao international club together with my friends. We do warm-up exercise, went under the water, the water temperature is 28 degrees, but none is so high, I feel a little cold, but we still insist on swimming for three hours, it is because I often practise at home to enhance physical fitness, so would like this. Feeling a little tired, we played for a while...

　　每個人都有自己的愛好，我的愛好有游泳、作文、英語、琵琶，可是我最喜歡游泳。

　　對于一個沒下水的人來說，學習游泳是很困難的。主要是因為沒有自信，害怕嗆水。暑假里，我參加了游泳學習班，在老師的指導下，我帶著游泳圈下水了，經不再害怕嗆水了，于是拋棄了游泳圈，練習浮水，經過刻苦的練習，我建立了信心，終于學會了浮水。有經過一段刻苦的訓練，我又學會了蛙泳、仰泳、自由泳和跳水。并且，我的游泳速度是班里最快的。游泳對我來說太簡單了。

　　一天，我和媽媽及朋友一起來到了“金茂國際俱樂部”。我們做了熱身運動，就鉆到了水底下，水的溫度是28度，可是一點都沒有那么高，我感到有點冷，但我們還是堅持游了3個小時，這是因為我經常在家練習增強體質，所以才會這樣。感覺有點累，我們又玩了一會……

　　通過學習游泳，我深深感覺到對于一件事只要我們有興趣并且刻苦努力去做，就一定會成功。
