　　I was born in a beautiful town with high mountains around it.The mountains are covered with all kinds of green bamboo.Through the town runs a small stream.It's said that a new railway is going to be built to the east of the town and a bamboo factory to the west.All the children of the school age can go to school.If anyone is ill,he can go to see the doctor in the newly-built hospital.People in the town are hard-working and never take the backwardness lying down.Though they are having a richer and better life,they are not satisfied with what they have got.They are working hard to build their town into a modern one.

　　鎮西高山，我出世在一個美麗的小鎮周圍。的山脈覆蓋著各種綠色竹子。通過鎮運行一個小流。它說，新鐵路將建成東鎮竹制品廠。所有孩子的入學年齡可以去上學。如果有人病了，他可以去看醫生在新建醫院。人們勤勞，永遠不要落后躺下來。盡管他們具有更豐富，更好的生活，他們不滿意他們了。他們努力建立他們的城鎮到現代。

　　春天來到了，小樹長滿了嫩芽，草地上長滿小花小草，花兒到處都是，有紅的、黃的、紫的、白的……，被微風輕輕地吹過，好像春姑娘在和我們打招呼，小草探出小腦袋，蝴蝶在空中飛來飛去，好像春故娘在跳舞。小鳥在唱著歡快的歌兒迎接著孩子們。小河的水清澈見底，都可以看見河里的魚了……

　　秋天到了，果樹上滿了水果，遠處，蘋果樹下的小妹妹在吃著一個個大蘋果，臉上帶著喜悅的笑容，臉還紅彤彤的，好像一個大蘋果。在其它樹下，有孩子們在歡快的玩耍著，有的在玩跳繩，有的在玩抓人，有的在玩躲貓貓，還有的在玩摸人。風吹呀吹，好像秋姑娘在給可愛的孩子們擦汗……

　　My home village is small one. It is in Yuxian county of Shanxi Province. Small as it is, it is very beautiful.

　　There are many hills around my home village and they are more beautiful than some big mountains. In spring, we can fly kites which are made by ourselves on the top of the hills. The kites fly very high. In summer, the trees are green and the grass is green too.It is green everywhere on the hills. There are so many wild apple trees on the hills. The wild apples are nice to eat. In autumn the corns under and around the hills are ripe so we conies almost every day. In winter when it snows all the ground is covered with snow. We can play with snows and sometimes we eat the clean snow with sugar.

　　In my hometown the sky is blue, the air is clean, the water is sweet and the people are very friendly. I love my hometown!

　　我的家鄉是位于山西盂縣的一個小村莊。它雖然小卻非常美麗。

　　家鄉被群山環繞，這些小山甚至比大山川還要美麗。

　　春日里，我們在山巔高高地放飛自制的風箏。夏天，漫山遍野是長得綠油油的草木，各種野果美味誘人;秋日里，山下和山周圍的玉米熟了，我們幾乎天天能品嘗到新鮮的玉米;冬日里，雪花飄飄，大地銀裝素裹，我們玩雪，有時還就著糖吃幾口干凈的白雪。

　　There are about one thousand people in our village. Most of them are living a hapy life. They have built their new houses. All of their children can go to school. Last year ten students from our village went to college.

　　村里有大約一千人，他們大部分人過著幸福的生活。他們建了新房子。他們的孩子都上學。去年我們村里有十名學生上了大學。

　　There is a reading room and a library here. Every evening many villagers go to the evening school to learn science and read newspapers.
