It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my homework and cleaned my room. I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon. Then I played table tennis with my friends. In the evening I watched TV and read a book. I really had a busy and interesting day.

On new year's day,we ate at my uncle's home.my aunt cooked a lot of meels.they were deliious,too,so i ate very fell.

2.28星期二晴
今天是實習授課的第二天，我早早地準備好今天講課的內容，但真的要上課時，我心里卻不免有點緊張，因為昨天是我第一次上講臺用自己的方式去向學生傳授知識啊！今天在上新課之前，我必須先要把昨天的內容
簡單復習一下，這可正是對我教的好壞一個全面的檢驗。上課了，我表面上鎮定自如地走上了講臺。一些常規的課堂程序之后，我開始了課堂復習步驟，出乎意料的是學生們反應迅速，對答如流。說真心話，看到這我心里真的感到無比喜悅。
晚上回到家，想起白天上課的情景，我感慨頗多，我想我真正體味到了勞動并享受著勞動后的成果的愉悅了。當然，在物欲橫流的現代社會，這個觀念也許會顯得有些陳舊和俗套，但它卻有著與生俱來的獨特的古樸、風韻和精華。我們不能將快樂簡單地理解為物質利益的獲得和某種非精神意味的享受，快樂與否在于我們自身、我們的付出和我們的感受。由此我想到現在的學習，很長的一段時間，我都因沒有進入理想的學府而怨天尤人，失卻快樂。其實不斷的學習便是一種快樂，奮進著永不放棄，需要不斷體驗快樂來支撐。不久的將來，我會成為一名人民教師，我會辛勤地工作，用心地去教書育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艱苦中感受到欣慰和快樂。
3.3星期五小雨
今天是我實習的最后一天。因為課程安排在上午一、二兩節，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下著小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀！快六點了，再不起來就會遲到了，可是由于昨晚備課到很晚加上心里一直惦記著今天要起早。所以整夜沒睡好，夜里醒了好幾次，真不想起床啊。
然而想到那些學生們，我自問“我有理由遲到嗎？”最后我終于沒有給我的實習留下什么遺憾，事后我卻想了許多，也明白了由立志到實現目標非常關鍵的一點就在于堅持。堅持對于我們來說都是再熟悉不過的'字眼，可是真正把握住它的人卻鳳毛麟角，堅持需要毅力，需要對目標價值的深切期望和正確估價，有時甚至需要人格力量來支撐。
事情的成功有時往往便在于我們能否堅持那關鍵的一步，走過去，前面就可能是另一番海闊天空，而習慣了堅持，久而久之，這一信念范疇的東西便會逐漸地融入我們的個性之中，成為一種素養，一種道德，現在的我們馬上面臨畢業，就要踏入社會了，或許一些人會認為到了現在我們可以不再努力，畢業后找份工作，那便是一生了。
如果這樣的話，那么我們就永遠失去了成就某種事業的機會。事實上作為師范專業的學生，我們更應該樹立正確的勞動觀念和道德意識。為人師表，認真而嚴肅的從事自己所熱愛的事業，愉快而充實的度過我們平凡的一生。
