It is also the home for China's second largest oil base, the Shengli Oilfield . I think it will achieve faster development after combination.

　　4) 在使用連詞時，不要千篇一律的用and和but，可以嘗試用besides, in addition, moreover, although, yet, nevertheless, otherwise, instead, thus, in this way, even so, after all等等。

　　3)應(yīng)對。對于一些突發(fā)狀況，要保持鎮(zhèn)定；如果錯在己方，要向考官道歉，并立即改正。思考的時間不要過長，避免長時間的沉默；可以使用一些語氣詞well, hmm, err等進行過渡，給自己一些整理思路的時間。

　　4)態(tài)度。態(tài)度決定一切。在面試過程中，一定要表現(xiàn)出適度的自信，不要過于謙遜或鋒芒太過。同時要表現(xiàn)出對待生活積極、熱情、陽光的態(tài)度，不可妄自菲薄，也切忌自怨自艾。
