　　尊敬的各位老師：

　　你們好！本人***，正是源于對生物醫學工程專業及干細胞研究領域的興趣，以及對行業的前景非常認可，選擇該專業攻讀博士，并繼續探索有關干細胞的未知領域也是我對科學的崇尚，希望能夠在這一領域有所成就。貴校是一所綜合性多科大學，學術和科研非常出色，有著濃厚的歷史和文化底蘊。醫學院不管是硬件還是軟件都具有很強的實力。高質量教學和學術積淀的感染，使我更堅定了攻讀博士學位的信心。

　　本人性格開朗、責任心強，待人友善，善于學習，敢于創新、工作思路清晰，執行能力強。在碩士期間，我已經修讀課程包括分子生物學、免疫學實驗技術、細胞遺傳學實驗技術、高級生物化學實驗技術、醫學基礎實驗技術、實驗動物學、SPSS統計軟件等專業技術課程、同時也系統學習了綜合英語、自然辯證法與科學社會主義等通識課，具有扎實的醫學理論基礎；通過研究生階段的系統學習和培訓，目前熟練掌握分子生物學及免疫學實驗技術。研究生階段主攻方向為：新型氣體分子硫化氫對氧化損傷心肌細胞的保護作用及機制。通過該課題實施不僅系統了解掌握了心肌細胞的培養、分離、純化等細胞培養技術及常規指標檢測方法，而且提高了獨立分析解決問題的能力，最終以優異成績獲得論文答辯。近年來主要從事職業衛生與健康方面的研究，發表學術論文3篇，承擔湖北省教育廳科研項目1項，獲十堰市軟科學項目二等獎1項。

　　以上這些工作為我以后在讀博期間的學習打下了堅實的基礎。在博士期間計劃學習有關干細胞與腫瘤治療方面等相關理論知識及研究進展，進一步分析研究其機理。我的總體學習目標是通過專業研修增強自己對腫瘤發生發展的認識、對其未來治療方向有更清晰的了解。博士入學后三周內，在導師指導下作好個人課程學習計劃。第一年以課程修讀為主，開展一定的實驗室研究，積極參加各種學術、文體活動，在課程修讀結束時結合所掌握的經驗和學習的知識擇選出自己具體主攻的方向，按照學校要求開展博士期間的學習與研究。在論文工作期間每學期至少在二級學科范圍內作一次學術報告；博士生在學期間聽取30次以上學術報告，在讀期間至少要在著名期刊上發表 2篇以上學術論文， 并順利完成博士畢業論文。
