英語是我校一項(xiàng)薄弱學(xué)科，為扭轉(zhuǎn)這一被動(dòng)局面，提高全體教師和學(xué)生的英文素養(yǎng)，在教師英語培訓(xùn)方面，本學(xué)期的規(guī)劃如下，下面由010在線小編為大家整理了英語教師學(xué)期的英語培訓(xùn)方案。
一、培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)
使英語教師會(huì)用英語組織課堂教學(xué)，進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的日常生活交流，提高教師英文素養(yǎng)，拓寬師生交往方式，提升學(xué)校辦學(xué)特色。
二、培訓(xùn)時(shí)間
每周一學(xué)生放學(xué)后，對(duì)英語教師進(jìn)行集體英語培訓(xùn)。其他時(shí)間以分級(jí)部自我學(xué)習(xí)為主，由各級(jí)部英語老師做好輔導(dǎo)工作。
三、培訓(xùn)方式
每周一集中培訓(xùn)和分級(jí)部日常學(xué)習(xí)兩種方式相結(jié)合
四、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容
1)基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)容
基本問候語、常用課堂評(píng)價(jià)語、課堂指令語、簡(jiǎn)單的.日常交流用語和常用分類詞匯
2)選學(xué)內(nèi)容
學(xué)生英語課本知識(shí)或新概念英語
五、考查時(shí)間與形式
每月考查一次，采取筆試和口試相結(jié)合的方式

第一周
基本問候語
1 Hello. / Hi. 你(您)好!你們好!
(男士稱呼Mr. + 姓，女士稱Miss + 姓)
2 Good morning. 上午好!
3 Good afternoon. 下午好!
4 Good evening. 晚上好!
5 Good night. 晚安!
6 —— Nice to meet /see you. 見到你很高興。
—— Nice to meet / see you, too. 見到你我也很高興。
7 —— How are you? 你好嗎?
—— Fine, thank you. And you? 我很好，謝謝。你呢?
—— I’m fine, too. 我也很好。
第二周
常用基本評(píng)價(jià)語
1 Good! / Very good!/ Fine! /Great! / Wonderful! / Excellent! / Perfect!
/ Fantastic! 意思均為“好”、“很好”、“很棒”等表揚(yáng)性語言，只是有些許程度上的差異。 2 Right! / That’s right. / You’re right! 正確!你答對(duì)了!
3 Sorry. 不好意思，對(duì)不起。(沒有答對(duì))
4 Well done. / Good job! 做得好!完成得好!
6 Congratulations! 恭喜你!(答對(duì)了)
7 Good idea. 好主意。

常用課堂指令語(一)
1 Class begins. 上課!
2 Be quiet. / Silence, please. 請(qǐng)安靜。
3 Come here, please. 到這里來。
4 Go back to your seat(s), please. 請(qǐng)回到座位上。
5 Look at the blackboard, please. 請(qǐng)看黑板。
6 Follow me, please. 請(qǐng)跟我做(讀)。
7 Read after me, please. 請(qǐng)跟我讀。
8 Listen carefully, please. 請(qǐng)認(rèn)真聽。
第四周
常用課堂指令語(二)
9 Louder, please. 請(qǐng)大點(diǎn)聲。
10 Pardon? / I beg your pardon? 請(qǐng)?jiān)僬f一遍?(我沒聽清)
11 Repeat it, please. / Again, please. 請(qǐng)?jiān)僬f一遍。
12 Have a try. 試一試。(鼓勵(lì)性語言)
