　　1) due adj. 預(yù)定;預(yù)期;預(yù)計

　　后邊引出預(yù)期的時間、地點等，還常常構(gòu)成短語be due (to do something)或be due (for something)。

　　e.g. Our plane is due at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport at 12:30.

　　我們的飛機(jī)預(yù)計于12：30降落在上海虹橋國際機(jī)場。

　　Rose is due to start school in January.

　　2) I know表示說話人對所談的觀點、內(nèi)容已了解，無需多說，相當(dāng)于漢語中“我早知道了;我全都了解”這樣的意思，區(qū)別于許多日常交際場合中表示“我明白了;我知道了;我懂了”的用法。

　　e.g. A: It’s already very late. You should get some rest.

　　已經(jīng)很晚了，你應(yīng)該休息了。

　　B: Well, I know. Thanks.

　　對，我是知道的。謝謝。

　　注意，當(dāng)我們獲知對方提供的信息后，常用I see. 表示“我知道了;我明白了;我懂了”。

　　e.g. A: He lives in the countryside but works in the city during the week.
