　　By virtue of effective leadership and execution, Xxx is efficient in working with teachers and students. As the squad leader, she once organized a total of 24 students in the class to perform a costume comedy on the College Welcome Party, namely "What You Don’t Know”—a pioneering show created and performed by the WHOLE class in the history of college welcome party. Despite heavy study load and the internships that consumed most of her spare time in her junior year, the student effectively mobilized the enthusiasm of her classmates, organized them to work in close cooperation with an appropriate division of labor according to their interests and specialties, and conducted efficient script writing, costumes preparation, dance choreography, narrative voice and rehearsal work in the spare time. Finally, the stage performance at the party was widely welcomed and recognized by the audience.
