　　第一，有的放矢。

　　不要把英文求職信寫成一種能到處撒網的求職信，然后大量復制，到處投遞。這種不管三七二十一的狂轟濫炸，很少能擊中目標。有效的求職信都具有很強的針對性，或針對公司的某一具體職位

　　第二，設置兩個左右的興趣點。

　　用英語寫出你自己關鍵的經歷、最好的成績、重要的特長以及自己的愿望、心情和信心等。表明你所特有的教育、技能、個性特征和將會為招聘單位做出的特殊貢獻等。

　　第三，特長詞句加黑加粗。

　　在英文求職信的格式上，對需要特別強調的詞語用另外一種字體打出。例如，“主要特長”用加黑、加粗的字體顯示，便于瀏覽。對特別的段落，采取兩端各縮進兩字的方法處理，更能吸引招聘者的目光。
