　　按《中華人民共和國著作權法》、新聞出版總署20XX年8月18日《關于進一步加強中小學教輔材料出版發行管理的通知》及教育部、新聞出版總署、國家發展改革委員會、國務院糾風辦20XX年2月28日《關于加強中小學教輔材料使用管理工作的通知》等文件規定，主動向北京市XX教育研究所進行著作權侵權賠償。

　　本人代表湖北XX文化傳播有限公司自愿支付北京市XX教育研究所著作權使用費共計人民幣20萬元(大寫:貳拾萬元整)，以解決從20XX年5月份至20XX年10月份3個學期侵犯北京市XX教育研究所著作權的問題。
