辭職申請書格式

　　(一)標(biāo)題

　　在申請書第一行正中寫上申請書的名稱。一般辭職申請書由事由和文種名共同構(gòu)成，即以“辭職申請書”為標(biāo)題。標(biāo)題要醒目，字體稍大。

　　(二)稱呼

　　要求在標(biāo)題下一行頂格處寫出接受辭職申請的單位組織或領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的名稱或姓名稱呼，并在稱呼后加冒號。

　　(三)正文

　　正文是申請書的主要部分，正文內(nèi)容一般包括三部分。

　　首先要提出申請辭職的內(nèi)容，開門見山讓人一看便知。

　　其次申述提出申請的具體理由。該項(xiàng)內(nèi)容要求將自己有關(guān)辭職的詳細(xì)情況一一列舉出來，但要注意內(nèi)容的單一性和完整性，條分縷析使人一看便知。

　　最后要提出自己提出辭職申請的決心和個(gè)人的具體要求，希望領(lǐng)導(dǎo)解決的問題等。

　　(四)結(jié)尾

　　結(jié)尾要求寫上表示敬意的話。如“此致——敬禮”等。

　　(五)落款

　　辭職申請的落款要求寫上辭職人的姓名及提出辭職申請的具體日期。

　　As a graduate of an institution of higher education， I have a few very basic expectations.
